Processing Times

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

Local Delivery / Event Materials

For booked whiskey tasting events, any materials shipped in advance must be delivered to the confirmed address provided during booking. Address changes must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to shipment.
